Borade Farms

"Tucked away in the heart of nature - a retreat that has to sell itself in one scroll."

01 / The Challenge

Competing on outcomes,
not just price.

Villa retreats live or die inside booking platforms, where every property is reduced to one thumbnail and a price, and the host pays commission for the privilege. Borade Farms had the things that actually sell a stay - a private pool, an organic farm, on-site cooking, archery and bonfire nights by the lake - and none of it survived a listing page. Guests could not tell it apart from the dozens of other farmhouses on the same road.

02 / The Strategy

Building a site that
turns visitors into clients.

01

Photography Does the Selling

The property is the product, so the site opens on it full-bleed rather than on a headline. Every section is built to carry large imagery of the villa, the pool and the farm without turning into a gallery dump.

02

Answering the Booking Questions

Sleeps six, three bedrooms, pet-friendly, wheelchair accessible, on-site cooking, 36 km from the airport. The questions that decide a booking are answered on the page instead of over WhatsApp.

03

Direct Over Commission

Book Now is persistent in the header and repeated at each decision point, so guests convert on the owners' own site rather than through a platform that takes a cut of every stay.

03 / The Impact

A direct booking channel the owners control, with the amenities and location context that platform listings flatten out.
